Nancy commented on her blog that the sleeves run long on this pattern, so check the sleeve length measurement and adjust accordingly.
Added by Trillium: I agree with Nancy, I think the sleeves run long and the body short but not necessarily narrow. I wouldn't quite say it's a size small, just measure the pattern pieces and adjust according to measurements.
